CSA-CNES SWOT Training: “From Science to Applications - Advancing the Understanding of Canada's Terrestrial Surface Waters: information session on the Surface Water and Ocean Topography (SWOT) satellite mission and its potential to transform our understanding of Canada's terrestrial surface waters”.
This training and dialogue sessions will continue to build the capacity of the IMW workshop participants so they can access the satellite EO tools and technology they need to map land and coastal areas, share their stories and support their interests. The theme of this year’s workshop will be on data sovereignty and artificial intelligence (AI) where participants will explore the importance of and relationships with maps.
