Feb21: Awaiting update from JAXA on the Precipitation product new version: GSMaP

The new version of GSMaP (GPM V05) will be released in November 2021.  The new version will adopt a histogram matching method by Hirose et al. (2021), which will lead to removal of most biases in the upper cloud caused by the IR-related algorithm.
