Work with WGISS to provide a Jupyter notebooks awareness webinar
This joint effort, with contributions and presentations from NASA, UKSA, JAXA, CSIRO, and ESA took place on July 21-22. In total, 288 attendees attended two sessions – 243 for the Americas/Europe/Africa session (10am ET; 63% turnout from the 387 registered) and 45 for the Asia/Oceania session (10pm ET; 30% turnout from 148 registered). Organizers gathered feedback from participants in a post-webinar survey which will help inform future trainings.
WGCapD community member Kenton Ross served as the emcee and panel moderator and Lauren Childs-Gleason facilitated the Q&A for both sessions. Panels included participation from Edward Boamah, Sean McCartney, Hayley Evers-King, and Franz Meyer.
