Produce a Guidance Document for Conducting Needs Assessments for Capacity Building
What are the best approaches to assessing the capacity of an institution to use Earth information? EOTEC DevNet is trying to shed light on that question. Volunteers from EOTEC’s four regional CoP task teams are currently surveying a matrix of needs assessment resources. The groups will produce guidance synthesizing the best practices.
