The various aspects related to Data policies, Data brokerage, Multi-user Licensing, Block buying data with the goal of establishing end-user licensing agreements (EULAs) were assessed and considered by the New Space Task Team collectively throughout 2023.  The conclusions of these discussions and findings are reported in the 2023 New Space white paper that was approved by CEOS Principals at the 2023 CEOS Plenary.
