Support the GEO EO4SDG initiative to develop the Concept Note on the GEO federated approach on SDGs, whichs aims at harnessing all available competence and expertise inside and outside GEO (including CEOS) in order to maximize impact. Once properly conceptualized, the federated approach will be followed by the definition of an harmonised workflow of SDG activities with common set of deliverables, which will be applied to each SDG target/indicator, with the objectives to optimize the allocation of resources (often available on a best effort basis) and maximize overall quality delivery. The new GEO Federated Approach on SDGs will include a role for CEOS, and a number of tasks and deliverables will be assigned to CEOS.
