Review of the EO-enabling infrastructures (software toolboxes;cloud processing platforms;EO data processing and analytics tools including data cubes) available in CEOS agencies and which can facilitate the uptake of satellite observations by SDG stakeholders. August 2021: The SDG AHT is formulating a new coordination team that will continue the work into 2022. This team will not be finalized until Nov 2021 at the CEOS Plenary. After that time, the team will survey the CEOS Agencies to gather more details on EO enabling infrastructures. Recent progress has been made in SDG 11.3.1 (urbanization) and with the Open Data Cube (ODC) in support of SDG 6.6.1 (water extent).
August 2022 - CEOS has developed a non-exhaustive list of commonly-used Earth Observation (EO) enabling infrastructures that use free and open EO datasets. Many of these resources broadly address the SDGs while a few are more focused on a single SDG. In addition, many of these resources are free and open to all users.
