Outcome: Understanding the physical information content of SAR data; able to pre-processing and processing SAR, able to conduct time series processing with Sentinel-1 data for rice and forest monitoring
2. Sept. 23-26th, 2019 (4 days): SAR interferometry for ground motion detection and monitoring at Hanoi; 27 participants from academy in VAST, minitries and universities, scientists from SERVIR Mekong..., sponsored by SERVIR Mekong-ADPC (~3500usd); Trainees: experts from BGS, UK; IRSTEA France
Outcome: Able to acess SAR data; pre-pocessing; Understanding InSAR process; Create Interferograms; Understanding theory of extract time series of ground motion
