The CEOS SEO is looking at the terrestrial chapter of the CEOS Strategy for Carbon Observations from Space, constraining the rows currently in the requirements matrix, and assessing what high-level requirements already exist.
Filling out a table comprehensively will be a large task, and will require expert knowledge. Compiling the requirements is the key step; leaning on GEO/the carbon community is a necessity. The job for CEOS/LSI-VC is mapping missions and instruments to the received requirements.
