Support to implementation of the CEOS Strategy for Water Observations from Space in relation to recommendations C2, C3, C4, and C5

(C2, C3) Ralph Ferraro gave a presentation to the 12th IGWCO COP meeting on the status of the Clouds and Water Vapor (Aerosol and Precipitation) Initiative (GEO CA-08). A white paper based on CEOS and CGMS data bases/resources and its socialization are planned. This activity is being integrated with the GEOGLOWS Initiative.
(C1, C3, C4) George Huffman contributed to the Precipitation-Soil moisture synergistic observation case study of the Water Constellation Feasibility Study (FS). JAXA provided its post GPM study as input as well as sampling analysis support to the FS.
