GFOI will develop a coordinated strategy for national space data services, also known as ?Element-2,? aiming to provide a coordinated strategy for national data acquisitions. The first version of this strategy will be presented for endorsement at SIT-29. The SDCG will coordinate the initial implementation of the strategy, and will report to SIT.
An initial version of the Element-2 Data Services plan for GFOI was presented at the CEOS SIT Meeting in April 2014.
