Any new treaty will likely have implications for the work of WGClimate. The analysis report will consider changes to ECV inventory, gap analysis, and action plan based upon new GCOS Implementation Plan and new UNFCCC treaty. The report will also assess implications for WGClimate for relations with GCOS and UNFCC, and present recommendations for consideration by Plenary.
