This Work Plan item is complete based on updates made to the WGCV website after discussions during WGCV-43.  A clearer link from that site has been made to the Cal/Val portal that hosts many of the subgroup activities and content.  Improvements and upgrades will continue to the portion of the Cal/Val portal dedicated to WGCV and the subgroups as well as the site maintained by the SEO, but the overall structural changes are complete.
