Individual CEOS Agencies with interests in and/or mandates for providing improved information on natural and anthropogenic emissions of carbon (CO2, CH4, CO and black carbon) will coordinate their efforts in consultation with relevant CEOS WGs and the Atmospheric Composition VC.
